4. Use of the Website and Service
a. Dreamlike is intended for personal, non-commercial use only.
b. You may use the free Products for free with limited features.
c. You may purchase an auto-renewing subscription for some paid Products.
d. The subscriptions for paid Products are auto-renewable. The subscription costs are as follows: 1 month (monthly subscription) ($4.99) and 1 year (annual subscription) ($44.99).
e. Your subscription will be charged through Stripe, the Apple App Store, or Google Play at confirmation of purchase and will automatically renew (at the duration selected) unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
f. Current subscription may not be cancelled during the active subscription period; however, you can manage your subscription and/or turn off auto-renewal by visiting your the link on the initial subscription confirmation after purchase.
g. You may not use the Products or Services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
h. You agree not to interfere with or disrupt the operation of the Products or Services.
Content and User Submissions
a. You retain ownership of any content you submit or upload to the Products ("User Content").
b. You are solely responsible for the accuracy, legality, and appropriateness of your User Content.
6. Intellectual Property
a. The Products, Services, and all related content, including but not limited to logos, trademarks, and software, are owned by Dreamlike LLC or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.
b. You may not use, copy, modify, or distribute any content from the Products or Services without prior written permission from Dreamlike LLC.
7. Third-Party Links and Services
a. The Products and Services may contain links to third-party websites or services. Dreamlike LLC is not responsible for the content or privacy practices of these third parties.
b. Your use of third-party services is at your own risk, and you should review their terms and privacy policies before using them.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
a. The Products and Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind.
b. Dreamlike LLC does not warrant that the Products or Services will be uninterrupted and error-free. The service may be shut down or closed without notice.

a. In no event shall Dreamlike LLC or its affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Products or Services.
